Start the Ryan Wayne Consultation ProcessOnce your form and deposit are complete, a Front-of-House team member will reach out with available dates and times. Please ensure the form is filled out completely — the consultation will not be booked until both are received.
A credit card authorization is required upon completing the form. The consultation deposit will be converted to RW credit and is non-refundable. RW credit may be applied toward future services and/or the RW product line, with the exception of boutique items.
Appointment & Deposit Policy
We ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled consultation to complete any remaining paperwork. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 72 business hours’ notice is required — otherwise, an additional deposit may be necessary. RW credit will be forfeited if either the consultation or first service appointment is canceled within that window. Our operating hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with later times available at the stylist’s discretion.
