Your Ryan Wayne transformation begins with a personalized consultation. Meet with a Ryan Wayne Master Stylist in person or virtually to discuss your hair goals, including color, cutting, extensions, maintenance, and your ideal finished look.

How to Begin

1. Purchase the consultation deposit on this page.
2. Complete the consultation form and required paperwork.
3. A Front-of-House team member will contact you with available dates and times.

Your Consultation Deposit

The consultation deposit is non-refundable and will be converted to Ryan Wayne credit. This credit may be applied toward future appointment services or Ryan Wayne products, excluding boutique items.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before an in-person consultation so all required paperwork is complete.
• A completed form and credit-card authorization are required before the consultation can be booked.
• If the consultation cannot be attended, cancel or reschedule with at least 72 business hours’ notice to avoid needing an additional consultation deposit.
• Ryan Wayne credit will be forfeited if either the initial consultation appointment or the first service appointment is canceled within 72 business hours.

Business hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Later appointments are available at the stylist’s discretion.

Once the deposit and form are complete, the Ryan Wayne team will reach out to coordinate your appointment.
